They should also kindly request that guests avoid smoking at the outdoor tables of the restaurant, helping to preserve the fresh, healthy air of the area and maintain the true flavors of their dishes.

We had a truly outstanding lunch in this beautiful place. Each course was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. It's also low-key compared to dining in Cortina downtown, and easy to enjoy both the meal and the location. We'll be back tomorrow! As of Sep 2023, open daily for lunch except Wednesday. Dining here is an immersive experience that takes you into the heart of the countryside, serenaded by the gentle clinking of cowbells from the grazing herds nearby. Every dish they serve sings a tale of freshness and the use of local produce. The butter, milk-based gelato, and the array of cheeses are all made from the milk of the resident cows. These products are simply fantastic, their freshness palpable in every bite. In particular, the hamburger and sausage ragù tagliatelle were remarkable. The hamburger was cooked to perfection and the tagliatelle had the right balance of flavors. The incorporation of locally-sourced ingredients elevated these dishes to an extraordinary level. In conclusion, this restaurant offers a magnificent combination of a picturesque environment and mouthwatering homegrown cuisine. Wow! Best meal we’ve had on a 2 week trip through the Dolomites! We hiked here along trail 206 and had to sit inside for lunch without a reservation but wow it was worth missing the view for. The service was excellent, the wine list is excellent, and the pasta is cooked to perfection, and the bread pudding … to die for. Every flavor comes out the way it was intended. It was an excellent meal and I will recommend this farm restaurant to any friend that is coming to the Dolomites! Make reservations to get a good spot ;)
